Only 4 weeks left to exam period... I've got three to do... 11th, 14th and 18th of November...

I'll be keeping my fingers crossed in hope I pass... Gahhh I hope my GPA doesn't go down ><".

 

Wednesday had lunch with some awesome people; Brandon, Shenna, Preet, Simran and Yasaswi ^^.

Then watched Mao's Last Dancer with Rachel and met up later with Ed to give her her phone back,

lol she left it at UTS on the Tuesday she came.

HAHAH I forgot to tell one little story from my last blog.

On Tuesday, I finally convinced Brandon to get his Magnum Ice Cream for the Gold Class upgrade.. and he did.

Then when I see him later and I ask him jokingly if he kept the wrapper, he tells me no.. and so I lunged at him screaming "OMG ARE YOU SERIOUS?".

Haha ok it wasn't that dramatic.. but I did scream at him...

hahaha after a week's worth of ordering him to get it... he finally does ... and throws it away =.=".

But I made him get it on Wednesday after lunch, and I kept it for him too and registered it lol,

in the end he didn't end up watching the movie with us, so I still have it in my bag.

 

Thursday was just networking, I don't think anyone was really paying attention,

I was doing my Databases, Rowena was chatting on Brandon's laptop, Pete and Jaan were on Jaan's laptop... and Brandon attempted to understand... lol but we seemed to have more fun, so he wasn't always listening... XD there's always next week right? X]P~~.

Went to Broadway afterwards... the Pizza IS nice ^^. HAHA and girly shots of Brandon... shall upload to albums after blog =D.

Met up with Nathan later.. and he had been drinking, so he was much more huggy than usual XD.

 

Friday, watched Whip It with Rowena and Billy, there was suppose to be more of us... but people pulled out XP.

GAHH.. and then it was raining after the movie.. so we took the Free City Bus and went around in a loop to get to Central XD.

MWAHHAAH Brandon kissed Chris' hand and Billy's hand on bended knee ;D, and I couldn't say or write anywords with h, e or b.

Yasaswi met us later.. and we ate... RAMEN.. finally XD.. the soup was so thick and wow ^^.

Gian and Son came and we parted ways later.

Raj came to meet Yasaswi and I, so we roamed around a bit.

 

I DROVE TODAY... that is all X]P... three hours ^^.

More driving tomorrow... Can't wait for P's

*eDiT* this was written early wednesday morning at 2am... it wouldn't post so i'm posting it now

i thought i'd go right ahead and state the obvious since james said i was sooo good at it lol

i guess i'm bloggin cuz i haven't blogged in a bit ... therefore i felt that 2am is the perfect time to blog

lol i actually wanted to blog earlier .. but the page wouldn't load -.-"

haah i don't think we made it for volunteering for mardi gras.. oh wells there's always next year...

lol i even subscribed so we can do it early next year =]

 

lol funniest thing happened yesterday... i think i've gone and told pretty much everyone this

but one more time won't hurt lol..

well we were painting yesterday for amnesty.. and we were painting the board white so we could paint colour

on it on wednesday...

hehe i was trying to be smart by attempting to get paint out of the already overused and exhuasted bottles
(meaning it was all squashed and at funny angles)

and i had the smart idea of sticking my paintbrush in it to get the paint out..

lol then my paintbrush got stuck and i pulled and the brush fell off into the inside of the bottle..

so i spelt like 2-0-30mins trying to get it out lol

i eventually did hahah and i got white paint all over my hands and i hadn't even started painting yet lol

so that was the first funny thing

lol everyone was giving me those.. "lol... only helen" looks and smiles hahah.. so it was all good =]

and thus i painted with my hand and brush since both were completely covered in paint lol... quite fun.. seriously =)

 

then later near the end of lunch.. Melda annouced that she was the only one that had gotten paint on her skirt..

and at that same moment yasaswi got paint all over her hands.. so i had a hand paint friend..

which obviously got me all excited.. the way these things do

and i was like yasawi.... omg hi five.. we have paint on our hands...

lol and so we did.. and this blob of paint flew from yasaswi's hand onto MELDA'S SKIRT!!!

wasn't even a minute after her announcement lol

and so the screaming commenced and lol yasaswi felt so guilty she HAD to help and used her painted hand to try and get the paint off.. but of course she just ended up adding more lol.

but thankfully, after a lot of water, hysterics and a HUGE wet patch the paint came off

 

yep so everyone ended gettin some paint on their clothes and body.

we're painting again on wednesday.. hehe so we'll see what happens..

i'm excited... paint is fun fun fun!!!

 

i was in one of those contemplative moods again..

where my random thoughts collect over a subject and questiosn arise...

lol i seem be ending my blogs with that all the time now..

anyways.. i was thinking of friends.. and how when you're in strife...

that they tell you the things you already know and so on.. and it may seem cliche at times..

but it really does help.. because if reaffirrms everything... and it's kinda reassuring that you're not alone

i mean basically most friends' advice is common sense and probably extremely similar to the same things you would say to them if they were in a similar situation and such... but it feels better when you can say things outloud and have a voice that tells you what you already know..

it sounds annoying the way i'm saying it lol... but it's not..

it appeals to the side of us that needs human interaction...

i guess it can empower you sometimes too... because thoughts are just thoughts.. but when you say it outloud it moves you one step closer to taking action.. and since when people talk to themselves they get weird looks.. then they kinda have to revert to friends..

 

okies lost my train of thought now.. may continue one day.. but you get the basic concept i'm try to present here right?

i'll take that as a yes then =]

the signatories of this petition are both shocked and appalled at the lack of taste and style with the macarthur girls senior uniform, specifically, the skirt. it is both unflattering and unappealing, we have reason to believe that this skirt will negatively affect the confidence and self-esteem of macarthur girls students, leading to mental symptoms such as paranoia and ultimately mental conditions like anorexia or bulimia. the only way to combat this threat is to alter the uniform.

send this to every mac girl who hates the skirt!

and anyone else who cares and doesn't want their eyes to fall out because of our skirt!!!!
